Huntsville continues to grow and expand its food and drink options. If you’re seeking a new dining experience in Huntsville this month, here are five spots you might consider visiting!

1. Fusion Barbecue

Fusion Barbecue is Huntsville’s latest barbecue restaurant. They pride themselves on curating the highest quality meats available, smoking ’em low and slow, and pairing them with select asian inspired flavors.

Located at Lincoln Mill guests enjoy a variety of cocktails and plates inspired mostly by Asian cuisine—think Asian Bourbon-Glazed Ribs, Wagyu Brisket Bao Buns, and smoked duck wings. There will also be side items like Hot Honey Brussels and French Fries deep-fried in Wagyu beef fat.

2. Salt Factory Pub

Salt Factory Pub is an upscale gastropub that offers modern and approachable cuisine with an unbeatable beer list. The creative menu features a variety of classic comfort foods with international influences. The dishes are comprised of local and organic ingredients designed to complement the notable beer line-up of more than 50 different draft and bottled brews.

Modeled after the pubs of the English countryside, the exposed brick walls, dark hardwood floors, cozy booths and dim lighting create an inviting and casual atmosphere for guests. The Alpharetta location also boasts an expansive selection of outdoor seating and a bocce ball court

3. Superhero Chefs

Superhero Chefs is the brain child of celebrity chef Darnell Ferguson. Serving urban eclectic American dishes with a twist, the menu features food fitting for a broad range of tastes. Whether you’re a superhero, villain, or vegan, this you’re sure to find something on the menu to enjoy.

Superhero Chefs is located in the Madison Plaza Shopping Mall, which is anchored by Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center at 930 Old Monrovia Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35806

4. Brewers Cooperative at Stovehouse

The Co-Op was started with the idea of better serving the community through the spirit of collaboration. From tasting panels, beer design forums, and beer education events, the Co-Op will facilitate an engaging craft community founded in supporting all things local.

Located in Stovehouse, our taproom features the (unofficial) longest bar in Alabama featuring 40 beers on tap! Come chill out on our patio, listen to live music, or gander at our in-location brewing equipment.

Hammerheads Daiquiri Bar is restaurant concept that serves up more than frozen alcoholic drinks. They also offer restaurant-goers a menu of delicious food to pair with daiquiris. Additionally, their packed social calendar offers opportunities throughout the week for everyone to unwind and enjoy.
