The Young Person’s Guide to the Symphony

This is a free event great for the whole family! Fun and educational, the FREE Family Concert is a community favorite HSO tradition. Admission is open to the public and FREE of charge! Join them for a marvelous symphonic tour tailored for children and families, featuring the full orchestra in music of Purcell, Mendelssohn, Richard Strauss, and Britten’s celebrated The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra. It’s a fabulous way to introduce young people to the instruments of the orchestra when paired with the dazzling, larger-than-life puppetry of Huntsville M.E.T.
