Huntsville Yoga Week, March 20-26, 2023 with Light on Yoga Fitness

Light on Yoga Fitness has partnered with local businesses to provide free yoga classes at all of the Huntsville communities favorite spots around town.

From Monday, March 20 through Friday, March 26, all of North Alabama will be able to join their favorite yoga instructors for all-levels classes which are open to anyone to join. This year’s event will include classes at Bridge Street Town Centre, Old Black Bear, Burritt on the Mountain, Village of Providence, Stovehouse, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Lowe Mill, MidCity District and the Orion Amphitheater.

“Huntsville Yoga Week was created with North Alabama’s growing yoga community at the forefront,” said Connor Humphrey, co-owner of Light On Yoga Fitness. “We believe yoga is a practice for anyone and everyone. This will be a week filled with good company, great classes and amazing venues.”

Huntsville Yoga Week is presented by community partners: Murphy Homes, The Foundry at Stovehouse, Best Life Wellness, The Balanced Life, The Skin Refinery and Pure Barre-Huntsville.

HUNTSVILLE YOGA WEEK SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Monday, March 20 | 5:30 PM Bridge Street Town Centre
Tuesday, March 21 | 5:30 PM Old Black Bear
Wednesday, March 22 | 8:00 AM Burritt on the Mountain
Wednesday, March 22 | 5:30 PM Village of Providence
Thursday, March 23 | 5:30 PM Stovehouse
Friday, March 24 | 8:00 AM U.S. Space & Rocket Center (featuring live cello music)
Friday, March 24 | 5:30 PM Lowe Mill
Saturday, March 25 | 9:00 AM MidCity District
Sunday, March 26 | 10:00 AM Orion Amphitheater

Locals and beyond who are unable to attend Huntsville Yoga Week can enjoy free yoga classes and $5 aerial classes at the Light On Yoga Fitness studio all week long. Head to
