PBR Lockhart Smokehouse opens at Bridge Street Town Centre on Thursday, October 20, 2022. The restaurant celebrates its grand opening with performances by National Recording Registry and CMA-nominated duo LOCASH with special guests Austin Bohannon Band. The concert is open to the public and free to attend with doors at 5 p.m. and the concert at 6 p.m.
PBR Lockhart Smokehouse fuses the ‘cowboy cool’ spirit of PBR Cowboy Bar and Lockhart Smokehouse’s iconic Central Texas barbecue into one exciting, action-packed celebration of food and entertainment. The new venue will feature the best in country music, premier sports watching and bull riding on the area’s only professionally endorsed mechanical bull.
As this is the first Lockhart Smokehouse concept to open outside the state of Texas, the Huntsville community is in for a treat. The family-owned restaurant is known for its legendary Central Texas BBQ, with award-winning dishes and deep roots in the barbecue community.
The menu for PBR Lockhart Smokehouse is extensive and includes its signature smoked Beef Brisket, Half or Whole Chicken, Pork Chops, Ribs, and Original or Jalapeno Kreuz Sausage, alongside some outstanding barbecue sides including Smoked Baked Beans, Lockhart’s Slaw, Blue Cheese Slaw, Brisket Deviled Eggs,
Potato Salad, Mac n’ Cheese and Cornbread. Beverage options include a collection of innovative specialty cocktails, draft & bottled beer, and wine. Brunch will be available on the weekends, featuring burnt end bloody marys alongside Lockhart’s famous barbecue with a brunch twist and acoustic live music.
All food menu items will be available for takeout or delivery and catering will be available for both on-site pickup and drop-off for groups of any size.
With great indoor and outdoor space, PBR Lockhart Smokehouse is the perfect venue for social and corporate events of all sizes.
