The 2023 Small Business Awards Gala at the Von Braun Center is a prestigious annual event organized by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber to celebrate and honor the contributions of small businesses, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and nonprofits in the Tennessee Valley. This event highlights the crucial role that small businesses play in fostering innovation, growth, and community development.
The gala is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDT. The event will be held at the VBC Saturn Ballroom, formerly known as North Hall, located at the Von Braun Center.
Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle acknowledges the importance of small businesses in fueling the American Dream and shaping the city’s identity through their unique products and services. More than 100 leading small businesses and individuals will be recognized during this gala, which is expected to draw a crowd of over 1,000 community members.
This year’s Small Business Awards Gala holds special significance as it coincides with Music Month in the City of Huntsville! The event will feature Victoria Jones, a local singer/songwriter, and Matt Mandrella, the City’s Music Officer. Attendees can look forward to an evening filled with cocktails, dinner, and an awards ceremony, making it one of the largest and most exciting events of the year.
For those interested in attending, individual seats are available at $100 for members and $200 for non-members. Members also have the option to reserve tables: $950 for a table seating 8 people or $650 for a half-reserved table accommodating 4 guests.
